Job Description

Job Title:

Stipend - 12,300/-

Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for
Sales roles
across multiple channels (Banca, Broking, Direct, etc.).
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical sales positions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR systems.
Data-driven approach with attention to detail.

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
