Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Apprentice Trainee for the fixed period of 1 year (future opportunities available) located in Nighoje Chakan, Pune. The Apprentice Trainee will be involved in various day-to-day operations of the factory and placed in Production dept. in which the exposure to various production lines would be provided. The role also includes hands-on training to develop technical skills and knowledge in automobile interior Lighting systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma & BE (E& Tc) Freshers
• Or Diploma & BE (Mechatronics) Freshers
• Or other technical qualified students (Freshers) who are keen to know and learn the Interior Lighting of Cars
• Basic knowledge of Electronics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
  

The working would be in three shifts
