Apprentice- Talent Acquisition (night shift)

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. - Participate in interviews to evaluate candidates" fit with company culture and job requirements. - Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for organizing and tracking applicants. - Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and processes. - Support the creation of job postings to attract qualified candidates. - Engage with candidates by managing communications and providing updates throughout the hiring process. - Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruiting tools is a plus. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the talent acquisition field.
