India Apprentice Program
Exciting opportunity to be part of the Fortrea India Apprentice Program!As a Fortrea Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that compliment an education in STEM+ Business and Healthcare disciplines, and are inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globeCapitalize on a dedicated training and development program that will support your scientific and professional career aspirations and take pride in delivering work that helps save the lives of millions of people around the world.The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support Conga CLM Data Management & Configuration
- Assist with tasks such as picklist value updates, field creation/editing, validation rule troubleshooting, and error administration within Conga CLM.
Participate in Knowledge Transfer & Shadowing Phases
- Engage in structured onboarding through knowledge share, shadowing, and reverse mentoring sessions to understand Conga CLM processes.
Contribute to Salesforce / Conga CLM Admin Tasks
- Support Salesforce and Conga CLM User Requests submitted.
Assist in supporting Conga CLM Projects scheduled for 2026
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team on transition plans, audit documentation, and application walkthroughs. Track support work within Conga CLM USRs for traceability and compliance.
Support Training & Process Improvement Initiatives
Education
Completed a Bachelor’s degree in the fields of either Business,Marketing, or Computer Science
Skills
- A very organized person, independent, self-learner, wanting to improve your knowledge and don't sit around waiting for instructions
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
- Should be comfortable working in 2nd shift hours (2 - 11 PM IST)
