Role: Appointment Setter 

Location: Remote/Hybrid 

Mission Turn qualified inquiries from hospitals, clinics, and doctor-owners into booked discovery calls with our sales lead. Focus on speed-to-lead, smart screening, and show rate.

Outcomes (90-day targets)

• 20 qualified meetings/month with decision-makers

• Lead response under 5 minutes, 10 am–7 pm

• Show rate 60%+ with reconfirm + reminders

• Clean CRM: 100% calls logged, source tagged

Key responsibilities

• Call, WhatsApp, and email new leads within SLA; follow structured scripts

• Qualify fit: revenue ≥ ₹5L/month, media budget ≥ ₹1L/month, decision-maker on the call

• Book on calendar, reconfirm 24h and 2h before, share agenda and joining link

• Recover missed calls, no-replies, and proposal ghosts with set sequences

• Train–Trust–Track: follow scripts, share daily updates, hit weekly metrics

• Maintain one dashboard: inquiries, booked, show rate, reasons for no-show

Must-have skills

• 6months–1 year in inside sales/appointment setting or medical front desk

• Clear spoken English + Hindi; warm, confident phone manner

• Fast learner on CRM, call tracking, and WhatsApp web

• Process discipline: follows SLAs, logs every touchpoint

Nice-to-have

• Healthcare experience 

• Basic EMR/CRM tagging and calendar tools

KPIs

• Speed-to-lead, qualified rate, show rate, meetings/month

• Data hygiene score (complete notes, tags, outcomes)

• Recovered leads per week (missed/ghosted to booked)

Tools you’ll use

• CRM + call tracking, WhatsApp web, Google Calendar, Sheets dashboard

Work hours

• 6-day week, lead coverage 10 am–7 pm
