Role Description

This is a remote contract position for an Appointment Setter at Fitness Gurukul. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing appointment calendars. The Appointment Setter will engage with potential clients through various communication channels, assess their needs, and schedule consultations to align with their goals. Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling with attention to detail
• Experience in Lead Generation and working with client pipelines to identify potential opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and handle inquiries
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or a related industry is a plus
