• Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales ideally in the coaching, consulting, or marketing space.
• Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Driven: Self-starter with a hunger to win and exceed targets.
• Organized: Strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, call software, and scheduling platforms.
• Preferred: Background in working with coaches, consultants, or within the digital marketing industry.
