Applications Specialist (Study Abroad)

Location: Gurugram (Work from office)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Compensation: 3-5 LPA

As an Applications Specialist (Study Abroad), you will guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Excellence:

  Manage end-to-end application operations across destinations, including document readiness, eligibility checks, submission accuracy, deadlines, and application status.

• SOPs & Standardisation:

  Create and enforce processes for applications, offers, deposits, and visas.

• Application Tracking:

  Regularly track students' progress, resolve pendencies, and coordinate with internal and external teams.

• CRM & Documentation:

  Maintain data in CRM on a real-time basis and ensure documentation for ease of operations.

• Enrollment & Visa:

  Manage deposits, COE/I-20/CAS, and visa documentation handoffs within timelines.

• Central Point of Contact:

  Act as the operational POC for counsellors, partners, and universities.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in study abroad operations or application management.
• Proven expertise in multi-country application operations and requirements.
• Strong operational rigour, attention to detail, and execution.
• Proficiency in destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• CRM proficiency required.
