Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role emphasizes quality and effective communication, allowing you to accurately identify client issues and design appropriate resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience and maintain system integrity, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth.   • Proficiency in Service Desk Management.- Good To Have
    Skills:
  • Experience with ITIL framework.- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution techniques.- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools.- Ability to analyze and interpret client feedback to improve service quality.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Desk Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
