Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective service desk voice support.- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.- Document all support interactions and solutions accurately.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.     Skills:
  • Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support.- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.- Experience in incident management and problem resolution.- Knowledge of remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A Bachelor Degree is required.Qualification
