Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the delivery of Information Technology Infrastructure Library service operations processes. Your typical day will involve managing and coordinating various ITIL processes, ensuring that incidents are resolved efficiently, changes are implemented smoothly, and configurations are maintained accurately. You will also focus on problem management and release management, contributing to the overall stability and performance of IT services while collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
