Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge.

    Skills:
  • Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues- Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A degree in a relevant field is required Qualification
