Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and ensure optimal functionality.
