Job Description

Role Overview:

Application support L2 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced L2+ Support Engineer with strong knowledge of full-stack technologies to provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise web applications. The role involves resolving complex issues, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring application stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide second-level support for frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and backend (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python) components.
Troubleshoot application issues including API failures, database errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Execute and validate SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimizations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
Monitor application health using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
Collaborate with L3/development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Perform deployment validation and assist in release management.
Document root cause analysis and create knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

3-5 years of experience in application support with full-stack exposure.
Strong understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in SQL and basic database administration.
Familiarity with Linux/Windows commands, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Certifications (Optional): ITIL Foundation Full Stack Development Certification Cloud Fundamentals (AWS/Azure)
