Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support for internal applications, software tools, and diagnostic platforms.
Monitor application performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs, enhancements, and deployment challenges.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations within application systems.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and change requests.
Support software release cycles and coordinate with QA and Dev teams during testing phases.
Ensure data integrity, security, and smooth integration between systems.
Assist in user training and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Application Support or Technical Support roles.
Strong understanding of SQL databases (SQL queries, stored procedures, debugging).
Knowledge of .NET-based or web-based applications is an added advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshdesk.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
