Experience Required:

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS/Software Systems)
B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech
PGDAC from CDAC

Mandatory Skills:

Application Server Technologies:
Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, NGINX, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle WebLogic, IIS
Database Servers:
Oracle Database, MySQL, MariaDB
Operating Systems:
Windows & Linux Server
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills for application support

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to multiple technologies mentioned above
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support diverse applications

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 support for enterprise applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application/server issues
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution
Ensure smooth functioning of application servers and databases
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
