Application Support Engineer

Role Overview: As an application engineer in our organization, your primary responsibility will be to handle various tasks related to ERP systems, manufacturing processes, SAP Business One, and HRMS software. Your role will require you to implement and customize SAP Business One to meet the organizational requirements. You will be tasked with analyzing existing business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing workflows within SAP Business One. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and continuous support to ensure the efficient utilization of the system. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and customize SAP Business One to align with organizational requirements - Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows within SAP Business One - Provide training and continuous support to ensure effective utilization of the system - Manage HRMS software to streamline HR processes, offering technical support and training to users - Resolve hardware and software issues, diagnose technical problems with desktops and peripherals - Maintain documentation of support procedures and user guides - Create and implement SQL database operations and structures ensuring availability, security, and performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in application engineering or a similar position - Proficiency in SAP B1, HRMS applications, SQL Server, Salesforce, and desktop support - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Independent work capabilities and effective teamwork skills,
