15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance the overall functionality of business applications. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of software systems and ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software issues. - Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address software challenges. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in EPIC Systems. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
