Role & responsibilities Assist customers in deploying and configuring SiteWALL WAF across cloud and on-prem environments. Guide clients through DNS routing and traffic redirection to enable protection via SiteWALL. Troubleshoot web application connectivity, performance, or blocking issues post-WAF deployment. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to replicate, escalate, and resolve complex technical issues . Deliver training and onboarding sessions for customers and partners. Create and maintain deployment documentation, how-to guides , and solution articles and knowledge base. Provide support via email, phone, or remote sessions during business hours (or shifts, if applicable). Stay up-to-date with new features, releases, and threat trends relevant to SiteWALL. Preferred candidate profile Technical Skills: Solid understanding of DNS , CDN , and reverse proxy concepts. Experience with Linux command-line , nginx/apache , or similar systems. Knowledge of web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS) and web server behaviours. Hands-on experience with WAF, firewalls, load balancers , or cloud security tools is a strong plus. Understanding of common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good documentation and organizational skills.
