Must have skills : Project Portfolio Management Tools Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities:Managing Users:Adding, deleting, and editing user accounts within the Clarity platformData Management:Organizing and storing information within the Clarity platform. Reporting and Analytics:Running, scheduling, and sharing reports to track project progress and performance. Customizations:Creating and editing custom investments and tiles. Troubleshooting:Managing application access and troubleshooting in case of access issues/ Issues in jobs running Process Management:Executing processes within Clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools.- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes.- Experience with SQL queries and database management.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management Tools.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
