Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support processes.- Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.- Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident and problem management. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A degree in any graduate field is required.
