Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. Strong understanding of ITIL framework. Experience with incident and problem management processes. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of cloud computing technologies. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
