Additionally, you will monitor our systems' capacity and performance, enhancing the reliability and availability of software systems within a DevOps/SRE framework. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to investigate issues, analyse defects, implement solutions, and drive improvements. 4-9 years of experience in production/Application support Engineer . Basic knowledge of Java, C, and C++ is required, and familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Understanding data processing pipelines is valuable, and a good grasp of DevOps tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc., is preferred. Good knowledge of SLOs/SLIs, Error Budget, A Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc., and log monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic, Splunk, etc., is desirable. Amenable to follow a hybrid work setup with standard schedule of 6:30am 3:30pm IST with 1 week mandatory night shift (work-from-home setup)
