Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.- Ensure the availability and reliability of business-critical applications and systems.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
