Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.- Experience in incident management and service request fulfillment. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
