Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve software issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug software problems.- Develop and implement software solutions to enhance system performance.- Document software defects and solutions for future reference.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
