Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance. - Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software issues. - Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Familiarity with database management and data integrity practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
