Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the applications you support. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business systems and ensuring user satisfaction through effective support and communication. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and techniques. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and reporting tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
