Key Responsibilities Business Development: Expand Samsotech’s hospitality solutions portfolio in the assigned region through targeted sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and annual targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular meetings and communication (minimum once a month). Lead Generation: Achieve a minimum of 40 qualified leads per month through various channels. Sales Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 40 sales calls/meetings per month. Email Marketing: Send at least 20 personalized sales emails per day (120 per week). Social Media Engagement: Publish at least 2 LinkedIn posts per week promoting products and services. Event Participation: Attend relevant workshops, tradeshows, and exhibitions in the region. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Support, and Technical teams to respond to queries within 4 hours.
