Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team at Samsotech, a global leader in hospitality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives in their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Expand Samsotech’s hospitality solutions portfolio in the assigned region through targeted sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular meetings and communication (minimum once a month).
  • Lead Generation: Achieve a minimum of 40 qualified leads per month through various channels.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 40 sales calls/meetings per month.
  • Email Marketing: Send at least 20 personalized sales emails per day (120 per week).
  • Social Media Engagement: Publish at least 2 LinkedIn posts per week promoting products and services.
  • Event Participation: Attend relevant workshops, tradeshows, and exhibitions in the region.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Support, and Technical teams to respond to queries within 4 hours.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the contact database of customers, vendors, partners, and resellers monthly.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily updates in Salesforce on accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Provide weekly sales and marketing reports to the Regional Sales Manager every Friday before 6 PM.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure all email communication is professional, error-free, and aligned with company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
