Duties and Responsibilities

· Identifying and resolving technical issues

· Providing technical support to clients

· Installing and conducting user training sessions on all product

· Willingness to travel across the globe including working on shift basis

· Developing reports for teams across the business

· Contact clients monthly to check system performance, product upgrades and AMC updates (if any)

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology / Master’s in Computer Application

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Basic Application Support

· Good knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, networking and related support

· Preferably with IT-related experience in hotels and leading PMS vendor

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

· Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet predefined deadlines

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Professional Certifications in IT Support background will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹367,200.00 - ₹432,000.00 per year
