Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Application Specialist. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the company's software applications. Daily tasks will include analyzing data, maintaining applications, and effective communication with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Experience in providing Application Support and Technical Support
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
