Job Description

Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the position will be to support BNL Open Cloud & AI Platform Adoption team in their CHANGE activities, primarily:

- support the following key BNL IT initiatives (list not exhaustive):

- DMZR as Code

- Core Banking Transformation

- IT Resilience

- Digital Jump

- study, prototyping and integration of new dedicated Cloud IBM capabilities into BNL IT ecosystem, so extending BNL IT standards catalog and related User guidelines

- AI platforms integration in BNL ecosystem and AI demand capacity monitoring

evolution of Apigee platform and API Management practice

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with Rome Open Cloud & AI Platform Adoption team working on IT evolution programs and all other BNL BNP Paribas IT teams

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

A proactive and results-driven approach to work

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential issues

Contributing Responsibilities

Help build team spirit and integrate into BNL BNP Paribas culture

Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation

Contribute to continuous improvement actions, especially the lessons learned from handovers to Paris

Contribute expanding new skills & knowledge within ISPL teams

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

For the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an Cloud & AI Expert with the following skills:

o Cloud architectural standards and principles

o Kubernetes, Container

o Openshift

o Relational and no-SQL Databases (Oracle, Postgres, MondoDB, SQL Server, Redis)

o Kafka and event driven architecture

Competences in more than one of the following technologies:

o DevOps tools, like for ex. Ansible & Python

o Former infrastructure administration and configuration experience

o System Scripting (Shell, Python, etc.)

o Former ML modeling and AI platforms experience

o Hypervisors and virtualization

o Apigee

o Archimate

General competences:

o Knowledge of ITIL

o General IT infrastructure knowledge

o Basic network and security knowledge

o IT Continuity and IT Resilience principles

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Basic knowledge of Italian language will be considered a plus
