Application Product Manager - Order Management

You will be joining the Celonis Supply Chain team, a group of product enthusiasts dedicated to developing top-notch Business Apps in the Supply Chain domain. As part of this team, you will collaborate with customers, the Go-To-Market team, and the Product & Engineering teams to shape the future of Celonis" Business Apps in the Supply Chain domain. Your role will involve gaining experience in Supply Chain processes and acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to drive innovation and value realization for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with customers to identify pain points in Supply Chain, particularly focusing on Order Management - Participate in all stages of product development lifecycle, from ideation to scaling solutions across all Celonis customers - Utilize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to create innovative solutions in Order Management - Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development - Define user experience for products in collaboration with the UX team **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related roles - Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, PQL, and Python - Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems and their Order Management modules - Knowledge of Operations research, including Linear Programming and inventory optimization, is advantageous - Familiarity with MRP is a plus - Project management skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities - Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach - Good command of spoken and written English (German proficiency is a bonus) Celonis offers a dynamic work environment where you can pioneer innovation with award-winning process mining technology, accelerate your growth through career development opportunities, and receive exceptional benefits including generous PTO, company equity, and well-being programs.
