Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Good to have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of IT service management solutions using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that service management processes are efficient and effective, while also providing guidance and support to your team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall service delivery framework. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.- Experience in implementing and managing IT service management tools.- Ability to analyze and improve service management workflows. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
