Application Lab Specialist

The Application Lab Specialist - Agro position at Azelis India requires you to understand and assess customer needs, provide technical service and support, and develop application formulations. Your main objective is to support sales growth for Spec Agri Horti Azelis India by analyzing competition, troubleshooting and optimizing guideline recipes. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs in Spec Agri Horti MBU, providing technical and application support to customers, developing application formulations, and facilitating commercialization of new launches. You will collaborate with commercial and principal teams, optimize dosages, network with global application specialists, and cooperate with the customer-facing team to resolve technical issues. You will also evaluate competition offsets, build a knowledge repository, and utilize CRM for customer interactions. Other expectations from the role include collaborating with Azelis teams, providing technical knowledge to customers, visiting customers in India region, conducting technical training sessions, and staying updated on market trends. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Agri Sciences with a minimum of 6 years of experience in application lab and developing agro formulations. You must have good networking skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, a sense of ownership and drive, and be highly organized and flexible. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
