Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, test, and maintain laser marking and cutting machines
• Conduct sample trials, process optimization, and application development
• Work directly with clients to understand application needs and provide technical support
• Collaborate with the sales team for demo preparation and product presentations
• Document application processes, parameters, and trial results
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-level challenges
• Stay updated with laser technology trends and provide feedback to the R&D team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant discipline
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic electronics
• Interest in laser technology and industrial automation
• Good communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
• Willingness to learn and travel for demo or field application support
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus
