Key Responsibilities

1. Application & Web Development

Lead the
requirement gathering

implementation
of applications.
Oversee
application enhancement

bug fixing

change request management
.
Ensure
secure, high-performance operation
of web portals and digital platforms.
Guide prototype and wireframe development for new features and products.

2. Website & CMS Management

Manage functionality and updates of
WordPress CMS-based websites

Resolve plugin conflicts, address
security vulnerabilities
, and optimize site performance.

3. Testing, Documentation & RCA

Collaborate with QA teams on
unit testing

UAT

system testing
, and
functional test case preparation

Perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
on application issues and implement long-term fixes.
Create and maintain
technical documentation

user manuals
