Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Application Developer to join our application managed services team. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing .NET-based custom applications integrated with Oracle product suites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with legacy .NET technologies as well as modern .NET frameworks, along with good problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of application managed services for .NET-based custom applications.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
• Provide hands-on support for legacy applications (ASP.NET, WinForms, WCF, Windows Services) and modern .NET applications (.NET Core, REST APIs).
• Collaborate with other application teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as performance tuning, code refactoring, and application modernization.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs related to application performance, availability, and support responsiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, DBAs, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for application architecture, support procedures, and integration flows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in .NET application development and support.
• Strong knowledge of legacy .NET technologies (ASP.NET Web Forms, WCF, WinForms, Windows Services).
• Familiarity with modern .NET frameworks (.NET Core, REST APIs).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to ITIL-based service management processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; Bilingual proficiency (English + [Specify Language]) required.

Preferred:

• Experience working with applications integrated with Oracle product suites.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and application modernization strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹413,703.13 - ₹1,548,679.74 per year
