Must have skills : SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM Personnel Administration Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the project requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications are aligned with the business needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing technical support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements.- Design and develop software solutions based on business needs.- Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise.- Provide technical support to end-users.- Ensure applications are aligned with business requirements.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Replication BIB, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding- Mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience on SuccessFactors Onboarding- Integration points between SF Recruiting Management, Onboarding and Employee central- Basic Knowledge of SAP HR PA OM Module and Basic Knowledge of the Integration of the SAP HCM On Premise with the SuccessFactors- Should have worked in min two Full life-cycle implementation of SAP HR or SuccessFactors projects- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.- Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP SuccessFactors.- Knowledge of integration techniques and tools.- Familiarity with database management systems.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.- This position is based in Coimbatore.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
