Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the functionality and user experience of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the design and development of applications

Conduct requirement analysis and translate them into technical specifications

Ensure the applications meet quality standards and user requirements

Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification

Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

Experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions

Knowledge of integration tools and techniques in Workday environment

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday applications
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A mandatory Workday Related certification is required
