Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application design Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems- Experience in designing and implementing Workday Recruiting solutions- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Workday applications- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory Workday Related certification is required Qualification Mandatory workday certification required for the primary skill
