Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to design and develop applications that align with business needs and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead design discussions to ensure applications meet business requirements Conduct regular reviews of application designs and provide feedback for improvement Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Recruiting Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices Experience in designing and implementing Workday Talent Management solutions Knowledge of Workday Core HCM functionalities Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
