We are looking for an experienced Apple Mac OS Domain Specialist with a strong background in the maintenance and support of Apple desktop and laptop systems. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues on Apple devices, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting end-users with system maintenance and management. The ideal candidate will hold an Apple certification, be well-versed in ITIL principles, and have a technical qualification in Engineering or Computer Science.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert-level support for Mac OS systems on both desktop and laptop Apple devices.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance.Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.Configure and manage software applications, system settings, and security protocols.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Mac OS within the IT department, offering guidance and mentorship as needed.Work within ITIL guidelines to manage incidents, problems, and service requests efficiently.Document procedures, configurations, and solutions for reference and training purposes.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve user experience and resolve complex technical issues.Provide training sessions or documentation for end-users to optimize Mac OS usage.Stay updated with Apple software/hardware developments and best practices for Mac OS support.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications: Apple Certification (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional or equivalent).Experience: Minimum [specify years, e.g., 3+] years of experience in Mac OS desktop and laptop support and maintenance.
