Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Appian Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Appian applications, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Design and implement Appian workflows, data models, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in Appian development, including workflow design, data modeling, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
Familiarity with industry-standard technologies and tools.
