As a FOB Sourcing Executive at Shakti Brandz Private Limited, your role will involve supplier identification and evaluation for fabrics, trims, and finished garments to ensure quality, compliance, and cost standards are met. You will collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable FOB pricing aligning with budgetary constraints and company goals. Coordinating with suppliers for sample development and approval will be crucial to uphold design specifications and quality standards. Monitoring the production process for timely delivery, quality adherence, and issue resolution will also be your responsibility. Ensuring all sourcing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate documentation will be essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual growth is key. Staying updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will inform your sourcing strategies. Qualifications and Skills: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in apparel sourcing, focusing on FOB operations. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with sourcing and procurement software is a plus. - Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for cost-effective solutions. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Travel: Willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed.,
