What would you do? Join Accentures Tech for Operations team, driving digital and process transformation initiatives across Finance & Accounting domains. As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationA structural design of general process systems applied to fields such as computers, business processes and any other process system of varying degrees of complexity.

What are we looking for? Strong understanding of F&A processes and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).Familiarity with automation tools, AI/ML, and analytics platforms.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsOn-time and on-budget delivery of transformation projects.Client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.Adoption of digital tools and automation across projects.Contribution to productivity improvement and working capital optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation projects including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions, automation, and process improvements in procurement operations. Support client engagements by translating transformation strategies into actionable project plans. Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Assist in RFP responses and solution walkthroughs during the sales cycle. Drive automation initiatives including RPA, AI/ML, and analytics integration in procurement processes. Conduct due diligence and support data-driven decision-making through insights and reporting. Ensure adherence to commercial structures and project budgets.
