Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured

  onboarding programs

  for new clients using the Apollo platform.
• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients during onboarding, primarily in the

  EMEA region

  .
• Explain Apollo’s

  capabilities, features, and integration options

  clearly and effectively.
• Address client queries with confidence and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to active use.
• Understand and explain

  what can and cannot be integrated

  within the Apollo ecosystem.
• Customize onboarding sessions based on the client’s business model and technical setup.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in a

  client-facing onboarding, training, or support role

  .
• Strong

  communication skills

  and a confident

  screen presence

  for video calls.
• Solid understanding of the

  Apollo.io platform

  (or similar sales engagement/CRM tools).
• Basic technical knowledge of

  integrations, APIs

  , and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical terms into easily understandable language for clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with common sales, CRM, or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
