As a member of the Viraaj HR Solutions team, your role will involve providing 24/7 support for APIGEE platform issues, monitoring and troubleshooting API performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), documenting support processes and technical issues, and assisting in the deployment of new API features. Additionally, you will enhance the APIGEE platform's functionality and performance, provide technical analysis to diagnose problems effectively, and conduct regular system health checks and audits. It will be crucial for you to maintain an excellent customer service presence, communicate effectively, manage incidents and request tickets in a timely manner, and work closely with developers to troubleshoot integration challenges. Staying updated with APIGEE and industry best practices, assisting in training team members on APIGEE functionalities, participating in the development of documentation and user guides, and working towards improving customer satisfaction levels in support queries are also key aspects of your role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proven experience in APIGEE support or similar roles - Strong understanding of API management and development - Experience with 24/7 customer support environments - Familiarity with incident management systems - Excellent problem-solving abilities with technical skills - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to learn new technologies quickly - Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools - Knowledge of cloud technologies and environments - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Certifications in APIGEE or cloud services are a plus - Willingness to take on challenges and drive solutions As a valued member of Viraaj HR Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to providing innovative and efficient staffing solutions for businesses.
