Job Description

API Developer (Python)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Pune

Skill: Python, REST APIs, Shell Scripting, API Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with Python and shell scripting to automate tasks and enhance API functionality.
Develop, test, and integrate REST APIs for internal and external systems.
Perform data analysis and testing using Excel for validation and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.

Required Skills:

Python Programming – Intermediate to advanced level.
Shell Scripting – Strong hands-on experience.
REST API Development & Integration – Must have.
Excel Expertise – Ability to perform data analysis, validations, and testing using advanced Excel functions.

Good to Have:

Experience with Multi threading in Python.
Exposure to API security, performance tuning, or automation frameworks.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good communication and documentation skills
